If you could go back to any age you want to and relive you life starting from there knowing everything you know now BUT you only have the same amount of years left to live that you would have from the age you are now what age would you go back to to restart?

With the knowledge you have now? That’s the ultimate dream.

Do I end up with my same child? I’d have a hard time choosing to relive my life differently if I don’t get him.

If it all magically worked out, I’d go back to 21 and not get married at 23. It lasted more than a decade, but getting married at 23 is insane, in hindsight.

Not coupled with knocking that much off the end of my life. I was going to say 28 but I'm 44 now. I don't want to sign up for that knowing I'm probably dead at 62.

My kneejerk is that I wouldn't give up any years, but I've changed my mind. I would go and find the most recent time a stock, etc, just flat out skyrocketted. I feel like it can't be more than 6mos-1yr. Go back, max out every ounce of margins I could get, watch it moon, cash out, pay my taxes, and enjoy the rest of my life.

I would trade a year at the end for what I could probably leverage into tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions, of dollars.

Wouldn't. If you're 50 and might live another 30 years, if you say "go back to 18", then you die at 48. No thanks.

Agreed - I wouldn’t want to give up my children

lol - I picked 17 bc that’s when I first met my husband but I would marry him sooner, and I was 21 when we were married - he may not think the same though

Looks like I could give up a bit over a year and a half (April 3, 2020) and get nearly 7x by November 9, 2021. If I maxed out all available capital and leveraged as much as someone would give me, I could probably make that worth a year and a half. Though, I'm in my mid 30's. Give me another decade to build capital and a different moon and I could absolutely make that work
