I’ve been out for a week and started drinking a few shots before bed to help get to sleep. Homeboy needs to hurry the frick up and reup.

After about a week of quitting booze, you'll suddenly see why you drank before. The only way you could quiet your head was to drink. But eventually you hit the spot where neither drinking nor not drinking helps. You may wish for the end. I highly recommend AA. So glad I no longer have the desire to drink. The last few years have been heaven on Earth. No bullshite.

You can’t quit cold turkey get a professional help not about drinking but how you should quit. Cold turkey is not how to do it.
