Toll invoice gets sent to the rental car agency. Since the toll invoices are itemized to show the date and time for each charge on the invoice, the rental car agency will be able to tell who was renting the car at that time and charge you for it.

I think another option is to add the daily toll road fee to your rental contract. which covers any tolls they receive during the rental period.

Just get a Sunpass.
You can order online and you get a toll discount.

Question about tolls in Florida
When you send in your payment, make sure and compliment them on their cookies.

They might give you a discount.

I feel like that would be difficult to accurately price. If its a flat daily fee that the rental agency agrees to cover unlimited tolls, then the only people who would buy that option are the ones who are going to be traveling on a lot of toll roads and expect to get their money's worth.

Easy way is to just have a clause in the contract that states that if the rental company receives toll-by-plate invoices for tolls incurred during your rental period, they'll automatically charge your card on file and email you a receipt that itemizes each toll charge.

If you label your car as being from your own sovereign territory they can’t bill you.

The rental company will email you after they charge your credit card for the tolls.

register your license plate to the florida toll website. If you use it every week like I do just pay your bill online.

You can take alternate routes and avoid these tolls. Don't believe they force you into these roads.

Just wondering how do I pay my toll in Florida without a SunPass.

You get a bill to pay it online. But you can at least get E-PASS in Florida online at no cost and sent to you, then you get the discounted price on all toll roads

My son lives in The Colony. I get toll bills from TX all the time. I finally got a sticker because I'd forget to pay and the late fees are ridiculous. Just pay the $4.76 like an adult.

Moot point since you got the tag, but every time I have been hit with their stupid late fee because my bank mailed them a check, I call and explain that I live in a different state etc. and they have waived it.

Even if you only come to Florida once a year or so, this is still the correct. And sunpass reciprocates with 20 something other states.

.
It is. The daily fee is useful for people who do not want to get hit weeks/months later with a cc charge. Example, business traveler only wanting/needing to submit 1 expense report.

I think most rental car companies charge a processing/handling fee for each toll road charge.

It’s an option, not necessarily the best option.

I have you to see an East Baton Rouge Police Officer or any Police Officer pull someone over for a license plate shield.

Amazon have a bunch of varieties
