So, this is "for the foreseeable future", but at some point in the foreseeable future things are going to start reopening. Included in those things will bars and restaurants. How are people going to eat/drink with a mask on?
I know, I know, they don't have to wear it when eating. But, if people start eating out like they used to, and going to bars like they used to, what is the point of requiring masks everywhere else?
Or is this just to make folks look like they are actually doing something to help?

It says "should." Masks have been a suggestion for a while. But go ahead and exaggerate away. People are wearing masks in New Orleans when they are in grocery stores and other places where it is hard to social distance. Most people are not wearing them all the time.
