Arrived yesterday evening in Orange Beach. I have never seen so many people....on the beaches, on the roads, in the Bay Area behind Cobalt. Talked to a waiter at Cobalt, he says it’s been like this for about a week and a half. Says it’s an hour to hour and a half wait after 5 for dinner.

USA! Love it! Americans have taken their freedom back!

Yep. We got down here around 3:00 yesterday and it’s awesome.
When we crossed the bridge by Caribe I was blown away by the number of boats. I’ve never seen that many boats in one place.

The property we are staying at has a bayside and I stood on the dock for a while looking out at Ono Island watching boats. It was just a damn fun party going on everywhere. People are fricking happy to be living life again.

Never been like this is BS, lodging is down overall. Last I looked it was around 80%, probably up since then. But it’s not going to get to the same Normal numbers this year.

Very busy, absolutely. Busier than normal for this time of year, no.

Been in Fort Morgan since Thursday. No signs of the Corona and beach space is limited. It’s definitely good to see people out and about.

So you should know the difference between addition and edition.

It’s crowded at the beach, but the rest of the area is obviously slower than normal. So, it’s less people than normal but still obvious that many people are over the social distancing life.

Lots of Trump flags on the boats. Between that and all of the American flags, it was a glorious view

I'm always amused about how old people just get to a point where they give up

We are in Perdido. Never seen so many people at the beach, even on 4th of July. It’s insane.

I was thinking they expanded by adding on another wing or something.

We’re on 30A and the numbers are down. Restaurants are jacked up...reservation only and those are gone. Yesterday was the first day for most of them...and most shops. Masks required, and the allowable number of people is way down 4 for Ono, 10 for Modica...

Beach down here in Seagrove was going off, I think it’s closed in Seaside though.

One day, the same attitude will hit you and you’ll have your very own “aha, I get it”, moment.
