You ever walk down bourbon street anytime from Saturday to Tuesday?
And you think people coughing & sneezing & screaming and touching one another out doors at a parade didn’t help spread shite?
You’re naive as frick

You were likely watching Georgia’s reopening with blood in your eyes and a taste for death

And still nowhere as close together or touching the same things as in a store.
We are at the beach and I don't think it's nearly as bad as being at the store. It's not that difficult to setup shop 6+' away from people.
Some of the restaurants are a little crowded but whatever. People are done with this shite.

I am for things opening back up. Why would that piss me off?
Do you think the lockdown was affective in slowing the spread?

And our antibody testing proved it to me, as well as places reopening having no spikes
The frontline workers, and the people completely working from home tested positive at nearly identical rates(those sheltered at home actually tested positive at a higher rate). Locking things down, but then having everyone in your community still have the same touch points and crowds at the grocery and hardware stores is futile

To Lester and Rouge,
Don’t you just love living in a free country? I know that I do. All these choices to make, we are spoiled. In a free society, you can absolutely choose to stay inside and live in fear. Also, in a free society, (stupid) people can choose to give back many of these freedoms to government. In a free society, you cannot fix stupid.
Specific to this argument about beach or grocery store being more dangerous. No one knows. Initially, i would have said that the grocery is dirtier because people are constantly turning over...in and out of the store. On the beach you would only be “susceptible” to those in your immediate vicinity. And it is only those people.
Now, if you want to listen to the WHO or the CDC, they have done multiple 180s on COVID. This is not easily spread, then it is highly communicable. It survives on surfaces, now it does not. Masks are going to save us, now they are not.

What do you think your chart proves?
It proves the virus ran through those vulnerable to it, and now has lost its most viable hosts so hospitalizations and such are trending down
If lockdowns help, why is parishes in north la actually increasing during the lockdowns Lester???????? Oh, you can’t answer, but my logic is still flawless. North la is seeing an increase during the lockdown because the virus wasn’t introduced there til later. It is now running through its vulnerable hosts, and just like I said, the lockdown doesn’t prevent that or help it

You are really going to sit here and pretend that is coincidental ?

Very busy, absolutely. Busier than normal for this time of year, no.
We’re at 90% across the board occupancy.
Some of my clients who are property mgmt companies are 100%.

Why wasn't there a surge of deaths after spring break?
Why hasn't there been a huge surge in Georgia?
Are we still two weeks(TM) behind Italy?
