I guess this is a troll thread, but after seeing those clips of Putin's walk I have to say it's a very odd way of walking.
Like he leans over to the left or right when he walks, and one arm is straight while the other moves.

He's got what they call the "gunslinger" walk.
If you notice, his right arm doesn't move as much as his left. Supposedly he developed that during his time in the KGB so he could be ready to grab his pistol at any time.
