Had my 15 year old princess change the flat on my truck, replace it with the spare and put the flat one in the bed of the truck to be plugged in the morning. She had it done in less than 30 mins. Clean her room and do all the laundry for the week.
She’s captain of volleyball team, made Homecoming court, and has a 4.0 GPA. Has her goal set to be an Orthodontists. Helps train pointers in her spare time.
We limited out on wood ducks yesterday AM on the Alabama River.
We’re both now in the stand deer hunting. Doing my part fellas.

OP is spot on, so thankful I don't have kids. I see this with my niece and I think who would want to marry you and put up with your BS?! The princess and "can do no wrong" culture of parents with daughters is insane.

I didn't see it before but I now agree.
The OT hates women.

Which is weird because in any relationship thread they are the perfect husband and worship their wife

Woman have been like this since at least the Civil War but I suspect it’s been forever.

Not sure what this means. She should not have to accept responsibility for your daughter's wrongs. And she should not protect her at all costs. I have trouble being critical of my grown daughter around my wife. My wife pushes back reflexively. I think this is what you mean.

What I also think is ironic is that I would take advice from a bunch of average incel losers who I'd never want my daughter to associate with

Dude you described every woman ever. She coulda been raised by Vikings and is still gonna not say. “You were right”. They don’t do that.

My wife was one of five sisters. She definitely wasn’t raised as a princess. Guess what? She’s never wrong. Welcome to women.

Yeah, like that's ever gonna change here in the USA.

Maybe you should treat her like a princess or queen, also

Teenage girls wear shorts that are 4 sizes too small
Thank god I dont have a daughter, we would never agree on what’s appropriate to wear

Bro, just leave now... you're only delaying the inevitable

Do you even flush with the lid down ‘bro?

But for the love of god I cannot for the life of me ever get her to be like ‘hey you know what, I was wrong, I’m sorry’. Never. Not once. Her instant reaction is almost always, ‘yes well what about when you…..’. Something as minor as asking her to pickup the floor steamer or the mop out of the bathroom leads to a back and forth exchange fully detailing all my previous household transgressions
Welcome to dealing with women
And for some reason now that David Allen coe song is stuck in my head
You got to learn how ta suck em daughter learn how ta frick em daughter learn how ta take there money and learn how ta cry you got to try not to hold em too much try not to scold em too much try not to feed em too much bull shite and lies

Life is short. I wake up and lay down in complete peace

I've only skimmed through the thread, but has anyone suggested that the OP fix the situation by PIIHB and telling her to make a sandwich?

My daughter is a princess. It was revealed to my daughter as a teenager that she is an heir to the throne of Genovia! Caused quite a stir at school. She is also only a few generations removed from her great grandfather, King James of England.

I know what you're talking about it, my wife isn't too bad about it but sometimes she will make BS excuses instead of taking having to have some accountability.
I bought a Dewalt battery vacuum for her since we got her a new vehicle last week. She asked me why I bought it and I said "so you can vacuum your vehicle, I know you'll never do it if you have to pull the shop vac out". Her response was that she can never find the shop vac when she needs it. The shop vac has lived in the same spot for at least 4 years and I've seen her use it inside a couple times.
