There's nothing actually wrong with MSG. That's a myth. It's naturally present in tons of things you eat.

I live in New Olreans (where we sort of like food and have a damn fried chicken festival) and I've tried just about every fried chicken out there, had fried chicken on a stick, fried chicken on a bun, fried chicken on a biscuit, fried chicken on french bread, etc., and Popeyes still kicks just about all of their asses.
