There isn't a more painful thing in an office setting than someone calling a meeting or conference call to watch someone edit a document. Send it out and let everyone redline their suggestions on their own time.

Nobody wants to sit there and watch someone who doesn't know how to use MS Word peck around on the keyboard for 3 hours while engineers argue over small irrelevant grammatical changes.

Thank you

30 years in the business, never saw such a thing. Must be some dumb engineers.

"Hey playa, what's wrong?"

"This stupid-arse-time-wasting-fist-pounding-headache-inducing meeting I was just in."

"Want to go get some coffee, blow off some steam?"

"Naw, need to get to my computer..."

Wrong the most painful meetings are the ones to prep for other meetings.

"So let's talk about what we're going to talk about."

When you get the invite on outlook, decline it and make sure it sends the organizer a response saying you did so.

Ain't nobody got time for that.

Sounds terribly inefficient. I thought engineers were more practical types.
