Ignoring the civil ordinances being broken as stated above, the zoning of Plantation Trace, and most residential areas in EBR are in place to maintain a sense of retreat and calm.
Not to mention it’s incredibly inconsiderate to those who just by chance live near Mr. Moore. That should be enough in and of itself.
