1-Cut down the trees. 2-Take the trees to the mill. 3-Have the trees made into fencing. 4-Build fence with said pecan tree fencing.
Problem solved
It's not the worst idea...

It is clear from the property stakes from the survey done in 07 that I own the trees.
Then why are you even here? You've clearly reached your own well-informed legal conclusion.

good thinking. Kill the trees and the neighbor with fire

Did the police not say they would arrest him for trespassing if he continues?

This dude never owned the property the trees were on.. From what the cops stated to me he used to play around those trees as a kid or something and pick pecans with his dad. He's a loose nut.
The police told me unless he can show papers he owns the land I'm in the right. He told the cops to frick off so apparently he won't listen to them. I need to find what he will listen to. He says the survey that was done in 07 was bullshite and he doesn't care what any survey says. He stated that to me.

Police say a lot of things on little to no information. Hello Section 1983 if they are wrong.

This.

Go to local Army Surplus store and get you about 10 of these:
In the dead of night, plant all 10 along your property boundary with his - say nothing. In a couple of days, problem solved. frick a redneck!

If you already got your iron clad legal advice, then why are you here?

You sure fence can't be built without cutting down trees?
If you keep insisting trees are cut, carve a big dick out of center cut portion of tree and hang it.

I don't think there is any aquisitive prescription concerns, because somebody has been paying the taxes and as stated there is no fence currently on the line or the disputed location of the neighbor's line. Just because you mow under your neighbors pecans, it doesn't make them yours. This has been happeing at deer camps all across Louisiana for years...
Now if the taxes, were being picked up by investors and there are 10 or more different tax deeds from each year. That would have all been addressed before closing.

I never said it was iron clad.
They also told me to go to the clerk of court and get something in writing. I go to clerk of court and they said they never give anything in writing

Yep and you better have deep pockets to defend it if it ends up in court. The few cases I have heard about have dragged on for years and years and nothing really ended well for anyone.
I doubt there's any way redneck no teeth neighbor would have the ability to fight it in court. I'd get a lawyer, let him find out how much it cost to fight over a couple trees, and I bet he gives in.

Your neighbor needs to lawyer up, then. He has a pretty good case so far.
*i'm not your lawyer or your neigbor's lawyer. This is not legal advice.

What was your horrible experience with a lawyer that led you to believe that something would cost "tens of thousands?"
I'm sure you run around telling everyone they are better off on their own than hiring that damn lawyer.

I'm not looking to spend 10's of thousand of dollars on this piece of shite.

it isn't going to be tens of thousands of dollars

How about implementing Operation Pig Wallow?

Exactly, which is why I thought that argument is ridiculous in this case.
