Proof of why covid cases are so high in Louisiana

My sister's mother in law went to urgent care with flu like symptoms three days ago, failed flu test and has been tested for Covid and told to quarantine.
What does she do? Two days into quarantine, she decided she needed to run errands and drops off a bottle of apple juice to her father's Nursing home, where a worker checked it in and gave it to him.
After she did this, she calls my sister frantic and requested that my sister go to Nursing Home and ask them to give it back so she does not "infect" her dad.
All the while, her husband is running around town running regular Saturday errands too...
There ya go. People like this.

A UNO student tested positive for covid19. What did he decide to do the day before he got his results? Go to the UNO library, they had to shut it down and disinfect. These people are fricking morons.

Crap like that is happening everywhere. I drove(had to go to office to get more work to do this week at home) past Home Depot this morning and it was absolutely packed. Hardly any parking spaces.
Niece's friend posted on Instagram last night a pic of her and like 15 of her friends at the beach. Not sure which beach as I thought most of them were closed.
Not sure why it's so hard to just stay home, especially if you're showing symptoms. I've enjoyed being holed up in the house and just making one or two trips to the office during the week at off hours.
