Depending on what I feel like eating that day, I usually eat between 3500 and 5000 calories each day. Don't work out, and don't gain weight. It's called metabolism
Some people can do that, some people can't.
I eat 1900 cals/day and lift 4-5 times/week to lose weight, and I'm losing about 1 lb/week on average. That means my maintenance caloric intake would be about 2400-2500. feelsbadman

That's why someone 215lbs can be healthier than you

@hulk Logan
I changed to a IIFYM routine with the same 40/30/30 split two months ago.
Life changing

Do you have a physical job?
Sedentary job here. Makes a big difference.

Hammertime never works out and he can do about 19 pullups without stopping

Try to engage rocket on intelligence and he runs pretty quickly
Posted on 9/6/16 at 4:42 pm to Hulkklogan
No. When I have had very strenuous jobs, I eat much, much more. That's just how my metabolism works. If I only ate 1900 calories a day, I'd probably be dizzy and have headaches all of the time. That just isn't enough

I bet that guy never carried around any gallon jug of water ever.

That guy needs to visit Jakabol and get some shark meat.

Here we have a guy who:
Followed a diet plan carefully for months
Was his diet plan to vary wildly in caloric intake day to day with his average day being (probably) a few hundred calories below maintenance?
Rocket skipped physics day

then we have most "ot loungers" - who are essentially autistic nerds who have shitty genetics and hormonal profiles which is depicted facially and through frame (causing them to be on forums constantly in the first place) - these subhumans get zero vit D, zero validation from women, zero gh release - but these are the "men" suddenly are in the gym every evening to autistic levels counting every macro and eating correctly in order to catch up to humans (slayers); these are the men on this forum giving autistic advice about diet and protein shakes and keto (just lol).

I just read about keto diet. Seems to me like all of these fad diets are stupid. Whatever happened to the food guide pyramid and eating less to lose weight?
