Got a purple pillow. Didn't like spending that much on a pillow, but it was worth it. First pillow i've had that keeps my head from not sweating every night.

I need to try that one.

Sobakawa Cloud. I use two because they're small. You can adjust them how you want.

Ended up with something from Amazon that allowed me to adjust the fill as needed.

This is key.

I haven't disturbed mine by taking any of the fillings out, as I have adjusted to it. And I like it.

But if I wanted a softer pillow, I could.

I like having this option more so than a gel/Tempurpedic like type of pillow.

my latest is the beautyrest sensacool from walmarks. pretty firm and feels cool to the touch. they're only $15 so if I have to replace them in 6 months no biggie.

Wamsutta Dream Zone down filled - I prefer down for the pillow. Sleeps cool, plenty of support without inducing muscle fatigue of my neck. Switched from memory foam (Tempur cloud) when I started waking up with a stiff neck. I used a Tempur-pedic pillow for a long time, thought I'd try something else and they have been great.

That’s the ones we have. Can confirm, best pillow I’ve ever used.

Knee pillow for side sleepers

I don't like the knee pillows but I have slept with a pillow between my legs all my life. I like to use older pillows that have broken down and are far too thin for underhead use, much to my wife's chagrin.

Go try them. You can't just ask what others have not how that works. Try a low profile mid profile and high profile and see which alleviates pressure on your neck the best. Pillows are subjective and dependant on your sleep style and needs. Your friend liking one does not mean you will.

Lucid memory foam (lavender scent) pillow. Saw it at Wally World for $35 and thought I'd try a memory foam pillow for the first time.

Been good so far. Certainly better than cheap $10 polyester filled pillows that bunch and lose shape in a month.

This pillow is decent for side sleeping, but really good for back sleeping.

Adjustable base removes the need for knee pillows. Lines spine perfectly which is why you have a pillow between legs, to alleviate stress on the lower back. Get adjustable base. Lay flat on it. Your legs will automatically cross with back pain. Natural reaction everyone who has back pain does this.

Raise the feet up while focusing on your lower back. Stop when legs uncross and feet push outwards. Then lift head an equal amount of seconds. Side or back. You'll stop having back pain while sleeping and wake up less stiff. Well worth it.

I've had neck problems for the past year and this is the only pillow I've found thats comfortable. The cooling surface is just an added bonus.

shredded latex pillows, I forget the brand, but I imagine any of them would be good, they are not cheap but our current set is over 6 years old easy, we use to replace pillows seems like every other month. The outside covers have seen better days, mostly just pilling, I need to seek some replacement covers. The inside pillow looks brand new.
