TEMPUR-Cloud® Breeze Dual Cooling™ Pillow
Not cheap. But great isn't cheap.
Took some advice from this thread and went to try a bunch out. After feeling them in person, this is what I went with. It feels like resting on a big, soft set of tiddies that gently envelope your head.

Yeah, I gonna hold out for the Yeti Quadra Cool Air pillow when it is released for $199.99. Guaranteed to stay cool for four days!

Go to Nest online and order from there...and, their mattresses are top notch...also, get some decent sheets..Brooklinen or Branch and Boll...maybe splurge on Sferra.

The Columbia one looks interesting. My problem will gel pillows is like to fold pillows at times and that usually messes up the gel.

Unfortunately Tempur pillows aren't as good as they once were. For whatever reason you just can't find a nice solid chunk of perfect density memory foam like their early pillows, which sucks. You can find lots of loyalists who say the same.
Best I've been able to do is pull the core foam out of the symphony pillows and put them in regular pillowcases by themselves.

King Size Hotel Collection
Have two kings, 3 euro pillows and a throw pillow. I like these pillows and sleep better. Other bedrooms are queen sizes; queen sizes but feather down pillows and not goose down.

Bought an expensive Tempur-pedic and adjustable base years ago. Can you explain this a little better? You say lay flat on the flat bed and your legs cross or do you mean lay on your side on the flat bed? And then while laying on your side, raise your feet which I'm guessing you mean raise the bed? I don't understand and that doesn't uncross anything or push feet out. I'm really interested in what you're saying since I have this $2k base and barely use it outside of lifting the head a little. My back sucks, so I'd like to try it.

Tempur is the best thing money can buy for beds.
I've toured their facilities. No company spends the money on research they do. It's absurd. Hundreds of millions into perfecting the product. The people who work there are only allowed in their specific area unless upper management to prevent anyone truly knowing how it is exactly made. Someone on the tour said only four people know the entire process back to front. They are crazy about it too. I've seen a rep lose his shite on an employee for calling the Tempur material memory foam while talking to a customer.

I'll try as best I can typing
So lay on the bed flat(with a smaller pillow since on your back to remove neck stress).
If your legs are crossed naturally when you lay down, that means you're trying to ease stress on the lower back.
So raise the leg(always leg first) and pay attention to your back. You'll feel the pressure ease and your legs will naturally release from being crossed. I have done it with hundreds of customers it works everytime. This means you've spread the load away from your lower back. Then raise the head to equal what you raised the legs. That helps breathing. If you want to prove it. Wait two minutes then go flat and pay attention to your back again. It will tense up and feel stressed.
I usually do this and save it on slot one when presenting. Then I go to other parts but always end back there. Same with side. You can line up your spine perfect sleeping sideways if your wife does it for you and watches your spine as she does it. You only want a slight tilt on your side though so don't over do it.
To many people sell these things and don't tell people the full use of them. It's dumb. Just like they don't mention the new smart base version has a light sleep alarm that wakes you up when at your lightest sleep cycle in a set time frame so you wake up easier and less groggy.

May have already been mentioned but I’ve had a Miracle Bamboo for about 5 years or so and it’s great

Thanks for the reply I’ll try some of this out

Ask any mattress store owner what they sleep on and 9/10 will say Talalay Latex. You just have to be able to afford it.

Add to my previous post... Although I use the Sobakawa Cloud pillows and a small wedge pillow under my back, we got a cheap weighted blanket on Black Friday for my wife. 15lbs. She didn't use it so I thought I'd try it out. I've had the best, deepest sleep in my life the past 2 months.
