Pretty sure my neighbor is a witch.

Lady at across the street. She almost never comes out of the house. Lights are never on. Hangs weird shite on her front door. At Halloween she set fire to something on her porch and went inside, and didn't open for trick or treaters. Tonight I came home from work and she was standing outside dressed all in black, just staring at me. Totally creeped me out.
Cats have been disappearing around here for a couple of years. She knows I got two kittens about a year ago (inside cats) and she has been kind of hovering around.
Her next door neighbor told me she walks around outside in the middle of the night.
Definitely a witch.

Oh, and she's pretty old. Not hot. Looks like she doesn't bathe. Husband died before we bought the house. I swear I went like a year without seeing her, and now I'm seeing more of her than I want.
