People want to criticize you when you serve up their Crow like you're trying to spike the football but they need to be reminded not to be so critical of reasonable idea and assumptionss and maybe engage in discussion instead of just plugging their ears because it's something that they can't wrap their peabrains around.

Ehh, I like it, but I like it for specific folks who need it.

I knew a lot of people who fraudulently got FEMA checks then went and got new flat screens the next week.

How do I not remember this?

It was part of the economic stimulus package. I don't remember exactly but my wife and I got something like $1200.

Please just don’t make me have to talk to Fema again. That was a fricking nightmare. I did enjoy the money at the time though.

I agree with this, but setting up parameters/guidelines for who actually qualifies may be more expensive than actually just sending it to everyone.

Also, getting the information together to target those directly affected probably wouldn't be a quick and efficient process. That gives a time crunch to low wage workers who aren't able to hold out but so long until money comes in.

They stated that income limits would be in place, I’d be happy to give mine to a family in dire need.

Goddamnit Donald.

This is a calculated political move on one hand but there’ll just scream that it wasn’t enough and we need more free shite.

I hate a socialist reaction to a government created problem

Exactly.

I would benefit much more from a payroll tax holiday and expedited low interest loans.

Yeah I would rather this go to the people who got laid off because the restaurant they work at is closed indefinitely.
