Y’all are retarded. Not expected the strengthen and it won’t stall. Just some desperately needed rain. It’s rained once here for 5 minutes since Bertha a month ago.

Isn’t the area where Dolly is now the area of highest shear?

If she squeaks buy and gets into the GOA aren’t the conditions (less shear and higher water temps) more likely that she strengthens?

I’m not wishcasting, just wanting to be prepared if she does make landfall somewhere…
