Thanksgiving food is trash and people only like it because they are told that they been looking forward to it.
If I was wrong in this there would be a market for Thanksgiving food resturants, these dishes would be part of more than 1 dinner a year..but they arent...because its trash

You just described a ton of people that own their own business.
And they don’t get summer off. And two weeks for Christmas.. and at least 3 days for thanksgiving.. and fall break..and spring break.. and the bank holidays. Teachers get about 15 work weeks off a year. And you still accrue annual leave time to take during the school year.
And a bunch of my in laws are teachers. Don’t give me this “we spend all summer preparing for the next year”, and “we spend all our time off doing school stuff”. If you do that.. you suck at time management. Plain and simple. They are usually bitching about how little they are paid when they are gathered up watching hallmark movies and I’m at work. So at least I don’t have to hear it.
