That wasn’t real was it

No, it wasn't. He was being sarcastic.
Anti says it's done. Rejects says it's done at $3.5M. Take it with a 50lb bag of salt, but we might have our QB, baws... *crosses fingers*

quote:

Isn’t the rumor that he ghosted the entire staff? Or was that someone else? Simmons? Can’t keep all these transfer stories straight

Yeah, I thought that was Malcolm Simmons, tbf...

Our deaf arse o-lineman did it too...
A**********tes just posted the saddam hussein we got him presser....

Can I get cliff notes on whether I'm supposed to be on suicide alert or not

No one is allowed to go on suicide watch unless, and until, BB leaves without committing. Then, we can officially overreact, imho...
quote:

On3 is showing Pettigrew as a commit. Your thoughts, I know nothing about these guys.

Speedy wide-out. Developmental piece. Mostly goes long to take the top off the defense, but they're hoping he can develop into something more..

Soo trying to get a synopsis of what’s going on. We wanted brown so deuce portals now browns not coming and we got usfs backup and now we want deuce back? Sounds like some JABA to me

that is a horrible synopsis...

Clemente was joking about Bama trending. Deuce is finding leaving for a starting job more difficult than he imagined. We are still expected to land Brown.

Do you wake up every morning and have to decide to be an a-hole, or is it completely involuntary?

Man… if bama pulls the rug on him and we lose Deuce, that’s uhhhhh not good

I'm constantly checking on3. They haven't mentioned it.
Christian Clemente posted:

Bama is trending BIG

(he's still here, mid visit. Continue to expect him to land with Auburn

I'm assuming that is what the au family poster saw.

Seeing insinuation that we are keeping Duece and getting BB.

I'd fricking love that. Point blank. But I stand by the opinion that dropping his bag on DL/OL is fine with me, too...

Not loving that news about the lines

If that implies that Curne is one of our targets, I'll take it. There was smoke this am that LSU was holding up his paperwork.. I haven't checked on him since, though..

**DISCLAIMER**: What I hear ain’t always right, things change, you know the spiel.

Byrum Brown announcement should be tonight if not tomorrow morning

Nimrod, K. Singleton, Echols and Davenport should be close behind if not before

Koger is not a lock to come but the staff is working hard to get him here

I believe we will take at least 2-3 more receivers (besides Nimrod/Singleton/Koger)

Golesh and co. are very high on Jayce Brown and consider him a priority

Expect OL and DL signing to be more spread out thru the window

Fred Gaskin and Jarvis Lee are Auburn-leans but things are pretty fluid right now

They’re working hard to get people in and out. The staff is going above and beyond to have players meet everyone whether they are involved with their position or not

There are kids not even in the portal that we are talking to still

I have not personally heard anything about Deuce coming back. The belief is he will still hit the portal

We will have a couple QB’s visiting the next couple days

I apologize if my next updates are few and far between as me and my entire household has the flu

and War ******* Eagle
There was a thread about babi bari a few weeks ago, @on3. The posters there basically accused him of stealing/reposting Auburn sports insider info for clout.

He supposedly reposted a pic from the board of Golesh/Burns out to eat with Cam's family. There was like 8 pages of whining about it.

quote:

Didn't mean it was Echols or him. The FSU TE was ona visit, but left to go to his other visits. Usually if someone leaves without committing they aren't coming.

I was under the same impression as you, but that isn't necessarily the case with this guy. They said he had a great visit and loved Auburn. He is planning to decide one, or two, days after his USCe visit. :dunno:

They also suggested Sigler's visit went well. Don't count Auburn out on these guys, yet. We'll see how it goes.

I've heard the absolute opposite until he said no. Now all I hear is that he was a cancer

I don't believe any of that. I did watch him take plays off, occasionally. I saw him drop a few he shouldn't have. I think that stuff could be coached out of him. He'll be playing for a spot in the League, next year, so there will be a natural impetus to work harder.

I wanted him to finish his career in Auburn, win the Biletnokoff, and ride off into the sunset. I still hope Golesh coaches a Belitnikoff recipient, and Cam has to watch it happen. Weagle! Weagle!
