I talked to some cops looking for a reported body on white oak last week while I was out for a bike ride. They said this is usual and it’s mostly people ODing or people getting fricked up and drowning. They also said they’re getting hammered with calls from Karen’s who want to be on the news for finding a body right now and they’re dealing with dozens of false reports a day.

It seems like most of these have been found closer to downtown and the homeless is a problem around the bayou in that area

Houston is turning into a shite hole

As I said. Wasn't trying to be a dick. Houston is huge and there's a lot of homeless people. Get a little too fricked up, try to swim/bathe, and some don't make it out.

This leads me to ask, are there any prominent serial killers that killed across races more times than not?

Yes. The most prolific serial killer in U.S. history, Samuel Little. Confirmed 60+ killed and suspected of over 90. He killed black, white, and hispanic women. He killed more black women overall, but when you add up the white and hispanic together, it was close to 50/50. He was also black, and serial killers usually kill within their own race.

I'd expect the victims to have the same race, gender, or other commonality.

FYI

quote:

It’s a myth that all serial killers only kill people of one type but it’s true that most have a preferred victim profile that often (though not always) includes shared race, gender, or lifestyle.

So the stereotype comes from real statistical trends but it’s not universal and definitely not predictive on its own.

ellis and turner RIP developed a lot of sidewalks and biking hiking trails around the bayous..rodney spent county money on city property

A good deal of the bayous that were previously inaccessible are now 10 feet away from where someone can be passed out on a bench from fentanyl

Probably the scariest first 30 minutes or so of a movie when I was younger. I can still hear the phone ringing. "Did you check the children"

Are these the same bayous where a bunch of bodies were previously found? Or were those empty fields ?

If the victims had water in their lungs and no signs of trauma then drowning can’t be ruled out…

Yep. On the 10 miles i ride from my house to UH downtown I pass at least 5 bums every day that could easily be dead and I wouldn’t even know. They live under the overpasses. And if they get fricked up and it rains hard those bayous come up really quick.
