Not legalizing weed was a massive miscalculation by Trump. It would've gotten him a ton of mileage with minimal effort.

Weed possession shouldn’t count towards life imprisonment on its own or as a metric towards 3 strikes.

That is just contributing to prison overpopulation. Either throw away the key if they’re a violent offender or if they’re a drug user let them go.

I reckon if people can stay stoned long enough they won't notice that the entire country has turned into a shithole. They may, however, discover that "they ain't no Doritos nor Funyuns" on the shelves at the convenience store though. There'll be a true uprising if Mountain Dew turns up in short supply!
