I know someone who installs and works on commercial kitchens. He said once he was working at one of the famous restaurants and a guy was up on the 2nd floor shooting rats with a .22.
Gamo .22 pellet gun with the shot shells is money from what I hear.

I posted the OP more for the boneheaded move as to firing someone with the social media passwords before changing those passwords.

And, yes, totally eradicating rats is tough is old buildings near the river but a proper effort can keep them from the kitchen and food storage areas.

Very much the case. Its purely a product of nostalgia.

People would get drunk in the FQ 20-30 years ago as kids and go there. There weren't as many burger options and they are remembering their youth

Place isn't particularly good

Man we are right by the Mississippi River, these buildings are 200-300 years old. They got rats everywhere. Even the five star restaurants in the city have rats. Welcome to Coops!

Pointing out the hypocrisy of a post is “doing the same”? I can admit parts of NOLA and the FQ are gross but so is most of Houston. I’m not the one who started out shitting on either city, just pointing out the hypocrisy of someone from Houston calling NOLA gross
