Rape ...I get that for sure but that should be taken care of VERY VERY early on.
Incest..I get that also. This is a tough one as many times the victim can't get early access to a provider.
Other than that unwanted pregnancies today should be far more uncommon than they are. Birth control is very accessible and effective.
No matter about any of that, Second and Third trimester abortions,given the present state of medical technology, are murder. Period, end of story and bitches that do them should be locked up.

You and I will just have to agree to disagree. Rape Victims should probably undergo a D&C or some method in the first few days to make sure they are not pregnant. I can't imagine what it would be like to carry the child of a rapist.
