We have laws. We shouldn't be making exceptions imo for any of them.
Maybe they are great workers, they overstayed their welcome.
All we are doing is saying, come on in, if you don't get caught right away you can stay.

Should not be an option after staying illegally which he knew and got a Mexican DL. At a minimum people staying illegally who are deemed not returnable for a valid reason should never be allowed to become citizens.
