I also figured this was an old wives tale. I peed in the pool throughout my childhood and never got the red ring of dishonor

Peeing in the pool is the trashiest thing a person can do. Incredibly rude.

It’s my pool so it’s ok, jk, I don’t do it, esp if others are in the pool. Lately I’ve been grossed out at the idea of bathing with others all together, their dirty cracks, and probably hadn’t bathed in a day, their dirty kids.
