Yes. They either look great or look off putting.
Though the worst I've come across was I was with someone who had a reduction. To do that they remove the nipple and a lot of skin. So there are scars around the nipple and a line under each nipple.
Looked great in a bra. Looked like a Freddy Kreuger victim with them off and one had no feeling.
Fakes are pretty common now though.

Yes, a casual thing in college. Once prior to surgery and once after.
Unfortunately, she was a bit self conscious after the surgery and wore a hockey jersey she pulled from my closet the whole time. I thought the bolt ons were supposed to be a confidence booster.
A bit of a letdown, it was better the first time with the smediums. Way more free and fun.
