I put a sock in the office and that’s what I normally wear throughout the week. I wear running shoes in and switch when I get to my desk where I have a pair of socks and dress shoes

It depends.. If you don't get them dirty.. You can go 3 or 4 times a week with them..

For you yes. Not for us walking folk who are in the same socks for 8-10 hours.
