By trying to be a decent human being. I really get tired of the "This is a christian nation" rhetoric that seems to be everywhere. It's insufferable and it's about time people get a grip.

yep, its just your opinion. I think with religion comes good and bad. But I am under the impression that most of it is bad these days. I am not saying that all christians are bad, in fact most christians are good people. But I would argue that is b.c I believe most americans are good people, not the religion factor.
Almost all my friends are atheists. And they are all also good people.
