No one was arrested, they were both let go. They put the acrobat chick in handcuffs because she was trying to walk off without listening to them. At some point the black cop explains they have to cover their nipples and butt, and then they’ll let them go.

this variety of woman has positives and negatives
positives:
* probably great in bed and willing to do all sorts of wild shite, up to and including inviting her friend in white into the bed
* fun time at the bar
* not clingy
negatives:
* could probably kick most of our asses if mad enough
* will absolutely give you a venereal disease
* gets pregnant extremely easily
* the reason she isn't clingy is because she's fricking the entire frontcourt of your local nba team on the side
positives:
