Police Officer Can't Pull Over Driver For Giving Him The Finger, Court Rules

A Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled 3-0 to affirm a federal district court's decision to deny a motion made by the police officer, Matthew Minard, to dismiss the case.

Bad thread title.
He pulled her over for speeding and then tried to give her a break but she’s obviously a c u next Tuesday and didn’t appreciate the break.
He should have just let it go but I guess he felt she didn’t appreciate his generosity.

Well, nowhere does it say just how much she was speeding... Barney probably popped her for 5 over. Even being changed to a non moving I'd be pissed too.

Then, just tell her that you smell alcohol or ask her why her pupils are so big or small. Maybe tell her to relax while asking why she’s so agitated. It all ends up with a DUI charge that will cost $1000’s to defend, no matter how absurd the circumstances. Bitch will learn her lesson.
