Is it doesn't involve sitting on the highway to write tickets, the police aren't doing that much work.
The Idaho murder case had so much physical evidence that the killer should've just walked to the police station to save time.

If you look in the video a cop passed by. They ride two deep in LA so the cop saw the guy out the car abs did nothing.
