Well that's eerily familiar.

What if the killer is a bus driver?

Three murders in 11 days is considered to be a "serial killer on the loose", what do you think?

How many of these serial killers do we have in Louisiana that fit the same type of profile? I would bet at least 20.

Good point. That's just called a slow month in North Baton Rouge.

Do serial killers usually shoot victims?
I thought they liked to make it more personal..?

It's just a working neighborhood in Tampa. These are the three dead within about a mile of each other.

I used to work in that community as a LEO. It’s an old area that has pretty high crime. Mixed demographics. Lots of homeless people in that part of Tampa. Also, lots of sex offenders.
UF serial Killer Danny Rolling was caught just North of that area.
No, it’s not a ghetto. It’s actually kind of nice in some parts. Lots of Craftsman style bungalow homes that have been restored. The Hillsborough river also runs through it.

Really? It doesn't seem very ghetto to me.
If it's ghetto, what are the neighborhoods behind the Trop?
