Unless all the victims were black and/or dogs, this is unlikely.

Seminole heights isn't the ghetto. It is right next to what I would consider a rougher part of the Tampa area though.

Looking at the spots where these murders took place is on the southern part of the neighborhood. I wouldnt consider this a nicer spot of seminole heights. Southeast of hillsborough at nebraska is pretty shitty.

I have solved the case. According to the article the police are looking for a male who was caught on surveillance cameras walking through this Florida neighborhood while wearing a hoodie on a night one of the victims was killed by a handgun and it's close to Halloween. Therefore it's quite simple to realize that the killer is no other than, the ghost of Trayvon Martin!

I don't know if this is true but on the local news last week they said that nobody heard any gunshots.

This is a neighborhood full of people and gunshots are pretty loud. Is the killer using suppression?

Do serial killers usually shoot victims?

I thought they liked to make it more personal..?

There was just one caught in the Clinton, La. area last week or so. It has a lengthy thread on here.

Three murders in 11 days is considered to be a "serial killer on the loose", what do you think?

In NO east this would be considered cause for gentrification and rebuilding the plaza.
