Have your friend talk to the bartenders at some of the hotels in the BR area. They might not be able to give you a number, but they can point them out to you.
I was told the CP had one some years ago that would book a room during some of the business conventions and during football season.

Go to Independence Park on the weekends. Look for a cute, twitchy mom scratching a lot. Walk by her and say "Big $5 rock for a beej", kind of under your breath. She will know what you mean and will set up an appointment with the quickness. They don't want crack when they are Jonesing for the meth. If they have a few meth sores, never offer crack.

Probably the damn motel 6 off airline and 12 or that other shite nest property next to it. Tragic what that place became in my neighborhood. I used to slang dominos in my 20s and when I went there I would see prostitution, dope deals and other sketch shite going on daily. Hookers are regularly seen walking in and out of it through my neighborhood behind it and it’s like they’re basically permitted to do so. Theres where you can see them if you want to so badly. So esp if you are a narc/cop get off your duff and do something about it
