A pit bull was on a full sprint towards my little terrier mix the other day. Luckily his big brother, a 200 lb Great Dane, stepped in with authority and neutralized the situation. The pit didn’t want any.

That’s awesome! Pit bulls should know better than to go up against a Great Dane, German Shepherd, or Husky

Pit broke off a leash in brothers neighborhood. It chased and cornered a 1 yr. old "Husky mix" until the owner let lose its Husky-Wolf hybrid dad (illegal in KY).
This wolf hybrid was 155 lbs. easy. Huge god-damned "dog". Pit took off like it saw the devil with owner giving chase...

I have an American bulldog rescue. Some will put these in the same category as pit bulls.
Although, he has never shown any agression to us, I am fully aware of the potential of what he could do. Therefore, we keep him more or less isolated away from our other pets, and we make sure he can't get out.
