IYKYK.
This incident led to the TV execs at USA Network being enraged at Vince and demanding him make an on-air apology, The WWE got in a lot of hot water for this stunt

The Pillmans had damn good high(er) security doors with bullet proof/unbreakable glass on that house. There was a point where the crew that was producing and filming thought they were just going to have to open the door and let Austin in.
It was a shame we never got to see a healthy Brian Pillman full incorporated into the Attitude Era.

Then 11 years later Vince died in a limo bomb explosion but was brought back to life by Chris Benoit killing his family.

I think this was after I stopped watching wrestling as a kid, and before I picked it back up in college for a few years.
But I do remember Flyin’ Brian Pillman from when I was a kid.

Meanwhile you’ve got a money mark having women bleeding all over the place on his War Games ripoff free TV broadcast. :sigh:
I miss the Attitude Era/Monday Night Wars era.
