It lets you travel to more countries than any other passport and has the fewest visa requirements. The US passport, by comparison, is in the mid-30s in that regard. The US is one of the best for getting you out of countries and helping with issues when abroad. The combination of the two is excellent because Singapore is one of the major international economic hubs, especially for cross-border work so people on Singapore passports travel very freely. The US passport was much better in the 80s and 90s, but over time it has become more limited.

I've never been to Quebec but Montreal has been on my places to visit list for years. When I was a kid, we lived probably 3 or 4 hours away from any large Canadian city. My dad was confronted by a moose one night on the road and had to reverse the car back the way he came.

But what’s the point of Monaco citizenship if you can’t afford to live there? Last time I checked they don’t allow PO boxes to evade taxes, but you need a physical living address/utilities to prove residency. But how residency if a 1 bedroom apartment costs $10 m a year?
