If the animals are sentient enough to listen to you you’d be stupid to not pick the 10,000 rats. Then I’d take the Hunter so I can’t get sniped and he can help with the big game

One of them has to be the hunter, just to keep him from shooting you. I'll take the bears as my other defenders.

If everything acted "naturally" my answer might be different, but in a paradigm in which all of the animals actually attack?
The 10,000 rats would overwhelm and kill literally everything in that arena, period. So I'll take the rats and the one hunter with a rifle to pick off off a few of the bigger animals to make it go a bit quicker.

Easy Peezy. 10,000 rats & the hunter ( assuming the rifle has the capacity to take down any of these)
The hawks will focus on the rats. Each may take 2-3, leaving me with 9,700 rats.
Likewise, these rats will create a big barrier between me and the crocs. The crocs will find the rats easy food but still may only eat 10-20 each leaving me with 9,500 rats.
The buffalo are similar to bulls, cows and horses...they do not like and are kinda scared of quick movements around them and beneath them that they cannot see. Buffalo will avoid the wall of rats. Lions fit into this category as well.
The bears and gorillas are unlikely to be afraid of the wall of rats, but all the chaos created by the wall of rats likely give the guy enough time to get off shots he needs to protect me.

Buffalo + rats
Buffalo create a meat wall around you so Hunter can’t shoot you through them and animals can’t get to you. Rats obliterate everything

You were so close. Rats and Buffalo is the correct answer. Seriously. This is for one hour. Remember.
7 buffalo is a LOT of mass and will create ample shield around you from from all threats(including bullets) long enough for every single non-airborne threat to be overwhelmed by over 250 rats each. That's over 250 rats attacking EACH threat on the ground. Try to imagine what that looks like even to a gorilla or bear.
So once the rats completely distract the threats preventing them from taking any offensive measures, the buffalo will destroy them all in minutes.
OH and those hawks will be rendered useless if you hang out under the standing buffalo and let the remaining rats handle any hawk dumb enough to land near you.
