When you're a single dad raising two kids that is hard to do. My girlfriend lives 60 miles away.

WTF is so hard to decide on and why are you blocking the isle?

My local Walmart has about 8 different types of bottled water you can choose from and that is just way too much for most people to process.

It may not solve the problem, but the proper play is to add items from the opposite shelf to their cart. The witnesses will just give you their blessings with a head nod.

I actually do this to people and sometimes get to witness their confusion in the checkout line.

To #2 I’m with you.

Sometimes I’ll have a couple very wide people in front of me walking out the store and I slow down to what feels like the speed at which a baby might crawl and I’m still catching up with them.

Some of them walk so slowly I don’t understand physically how they don’t just topple over.

100% true story. there was a karen complete with unflattering shorts STANDING IN THE COOLER at kroger yesterday in the egg section digging around on the top shelf with the door propped open against her back.

her disgusting fat legs and nasty-fricking shoes were blocking me and everyone else from getting to the eggs and she was STANDING on the bottom shelf.

no idea wtf she was doing; just rooting around on the top shelf oblivious to everyone.

i skipped on buying eggs

ran into this situation over the weekend. 2 women in their 30s each with a cart on opposite sides of the beginning of the aisle chatting. We parade through the middle and they're like "oh sorry, we're just talking.

well, get the frick out of the way and talk somewhere else.

I swear everyone becomes a little more disabled at the grocery store...fat slow people move even slower, old people hunch over their cart like it's a walker and go from a slow walk to a shuffle, fat people with mobility issues but able to walk get a hoover round and ride through the store.

It blows my mind cause Im wanting to get in and get out...I probably up my speed while everyone else slows theirs... I'll never get it

My mother is very likely one of the ladies annoying you. God bless her, she’s ninety-one years old, and going to the stores with my sibling is the high point of her week. She’s retired from her career of teaching small children, and will treat you like a former student if you speak to her. (Sweet and chatty, with conversational tangents.) I realize that you are in a hurry, but life for her has slowed to a crawl of waiting for the inevitable. Please do not begrudge her the small pleasure of poking her head up from her restricted life, and taking in the view.

I move their carts always. Most say oh sorry and some don't say a word. No one has every been pissed off. I think they are just ignorant assholes who can't see past their own arse.

Omg, fat people in scooters. I took my yearly trip to Walmart and scooters abound. One woman had the audacity to tell me she needed me to move out of her way as I was selecting an item. Remembered why I didn’t shop there.

It's just like driving, people are in their own zone and could care less they are going 50 in the left lane with 30 cars behind them.

The stores are partially to blame with all their displays taking up valuable aisle space.
