Who actually thinks that, though? I could see someone thinking it's healthier than the burger joints but I don't think that many people believe any fast food is healthy.

You misspelled "holy". That's God's chicken, son.

Better them going out then all the hens cackling in the kitchen for over an hour making their 100 ingredient salads while all being about 50-70lb overweight. I haven’t seen a collective pound shed in years.

50 ingredient sandwiches
It is 55, and 33 of those ingredients are in the bun and pickles. Plus, salt is counted four times in the "ingredient list" because it is used in the chicken, breading, bun, and pickle. Water is listed multiple times, as is sugar, and soybean oil, natural flavor, spices, etc. So, how many ingredients are actually used? I didn't do the exact math, but it is actually way less than 55.

It seems like subway has stopped leaning into the healthy thing...they have a footlong cookie on the menu listed as a "sidekick" for frick sake. So these people are really marketing a footlong cookie as a SIDE to your footlong sandwich.

Did you see that thread yesterday with the cotton candy "burrito"? It is a bunch of other candy piled on a pile of cotton candy and rolled up like a burrito. It is a regular menu item, albeit at a ballpark. We are all in on this ride, baw.

All you have to do is look at how high the calories are to know that you're eating alot more than chicken and bread.

Food for any diet can only be 2 out of 3 of things simultaneously:
Cheap
Fast
Healthy
More to the point of your OP: I saw this morbidly obese woman on IG detailing her daily diet while in a “caloric deficit”. She started off by having eggs, a bagel and some fruit. Next, she went to Canes and got a fingers meal. At that point, I turned the video off because ain’t no way she was in a caloric deficit.
Listen up fatties, if your goal is a caloric deficit to lose weight, you are defeating the purpose when consuming fast food. What you put into your body, regardless of calories consumed, still matters. Yes, you can lose weight in a caloric deficit, but you will end up with the same body composition of fat, just with less mass. If you need the push in the right direction since simply losing weight matters more in the beginning, then you do you. But, if you want to make sustainable changes to your body and getting healthy, then stay disciplined with eating habits. Macronutrients will always reign supreme with any diet.

The one's who make me laugh to the point of aggravation are those ( and I work with 2) who order online for lunch every day and pay $17+ for a turkey wrap to be delivered to them, then complain that they can barely make ends meet (in addition to complaining about the food quality, delivery time or accuracy on the order).
You can't cook something once or twice a week and take leftovers? If not, just make yourself damn sandwich with some chips.

Conditioning.
Somewhere along the way chicken, regardless of how it's cooked is healthy, and red meat is always bad.
