I'm sure this is some kind of troll related to the flu shot thread, but people who dont wear seatbelts are just downright stupid.

I don’t know about you but I thoroughly enjoy the use of my legs and being able to bang my wife. I always buckle up.

In my state you would go to prison if your kids die because you let them be in your car with no seat belts.

I call it my Derrick Thomas rule. World class athlete gets paralyzed and ultimately dies because he wasn't wearing a seat belt.What chance do I have ?

Local kid recently died because of no seat belt. He was ejected.
Do us all a favor, you keep riding dirty BUT be a responsible parent and click your kids in. Or, give your kids up for adoption.

Im a front seat belt wearer. Not a back seatbelt wearer. Just not required growing up, and grown ups in back wearing a belt look like turds.

All it takes is once and if some crazy person hits you at a high speed, you are fricked.

Oh and my mom had one of those cars that had an electric belt, so there was no thinking about it. I think that helped get me just use to it, so odd if I dont have one on. Driving around town I wouldnt wear one if it werent for the beeping. I tend to drive thru the lot slowly before the reminder gets me to do it.
Now on the highway going fast as frick?? Yeah seatbelts.

I've also had a license since '93. No accidents either but always wear my seat belt.
The most important thing you can do as a drive is to drive defensively as you mention. The next most important thing is to wear a seat belt because there are a lot of people on the roads that do not always drive well.
