People who beg for jobs/complain about being unemployed but bitch about work once hired

I can’t think of anything more annoying..
Recently we hired someone who was moaning and groaning on fb about being unemployed before they got they job. When they were hired they put on this facade that they’re a hard worker. About a couple weeks in they are constantly complaining about work and make comments about not wanting to be there. I wish they would get fired so I can see them begging people for jobs on social media again..

Send their boss to view their Facebook feed. That tends to solve the problem.

Reminds me back in the day when I worked in a restaurant or worked as a valet
You'd have people always complain about not having any money, but would always be the first to volunteer to leave when the manager started cutting people or would always try to be getting someone to pick up their shifts

We throughly comb the candidate's social media platforms.
If they are dumb enough:
1) To rant and rave about employment/current job/previous job, and/or
2) To not make that sh!t private where potential employers can view, then

If you have been unemployed for more than a short period of time over the last few years or more there is a reason.

Being unemployed sucks, having a job sucks. People complain about things that suck. Makes sense. What doesn't make sense is complaining about the complaining.

I had a meeting with the head of a union last week that was ripping some guy that was complaining the local won't get him work but had turned down like four job referrals in the past few months.

I've had these employees... always talking about how much they're struggling, how tough it is, how much they need every hour they can get. A few weeks in they find every reason to call in. Can't come in have a fever, have a headache, stomach feelin like I have a virus, kid close to having a fever, throat kinda sore, hip sorta maybe hurts, the wind is blowing a bit to hard etc....they don't last long
