You are just used to the filth and think that is normal. In many other states...it is not normal. I've even had people that have visited LA that have commented to me how much litter they noticed.


I'm not the only one that moved out of LA that has commented on the amount of litter on LA roads.

It’s no Blue Ridge Parkway but you make it sound like our streets look like Beirut.

Hey a-hole, they stopped putting ashtrays in vehicles 15 yrs ago. Used to I'd dump them all at the redlight, now I'm forced to discard piecemeal while on the move.

i tend to agree with you but..........

since they no longer put ash trays in cars, it kinda makes them get into that habit to be fair. most smokers keep a soda can for ashes and the butts go out the window. if they dont the butts all start burning in the can and the car catches fire
