People still obsessed with Crossfit need to go away

I work with a guy that is still fricking obsessed with Crossfit and he drives me fricking crazy about it. Talks about his workout every morning, every morsel of food he has eaten in the past 24 hours and then, as if that's not enough, LISTENS TO PODCASTS ABOUT CROSSFIT ALL frickING DAY!! I don't get it. Its working out. no one cares.
As the great Kenny Powers once said; "Crossfit? I play real sports. Not trying to be the best at exersising."

I don't get the crossfit craze myself, but he's excited about his hobby and is in desperate need of someone to share interests with. I know it killed me when I used to work in an office where literally no one knew shite about baseball.

Some people get that way about their interests. Sure it can be annoying, but would you rather he be obsessed with playing video games or binge watching Game of Thrones?
