I really don't get why you don't understand it. They are expecting major flooding and experiencing tornadoes there. Those people are probably just letting their families know they have evacuated or prepared. Why would this bother anyone?

Are you concerned about dangerous flooding where you are?

I just read where the governor had urged evacuation in Houston, but local officials said not to listen to that advice. I hope they made the right decision.
