I’ve been predicting this for years. I don’t condone it and I absolutely am a devout capitalist. However, the pay gap between workers and CEO types has gotten out of control. This type of reaction was inevitable and we’ll see how much it’s copied going forward. And no I don’t trust or want the government to come in and fix the situation. They won’t anyway because they are in bed with all these types.

The further I move up in my own career I’ve noticed that companies are bloated with upper management, consultants, and made up positions where the wanna be elites keep adding layers to create this illusion that they are important. Not all of these types are bad people, but there is a much more skewed ratio towards self interested narcissists the higher up the ladder.

I agree there are lots of people who feel the status quo is no longer a mechanism they can use to effectuate their circumstances. I would argue that is a sentiment shared by lots of Trump supporters as well as radical “leftists”. I certainly don’t condone assassinations at a certain point, as an objective observer, you have to say it was just a matter of time before people take matters in their own hands.

Anyone who would kill another based on this simple fact is a loser in life.

doesn't surprise me. The people who put the "in this house, no one is illegal" signs in their yard aren't intelligent enough to decipher why this execution isn't something to celebrate.

That’s the next logical step. I am surprised it hasn’t happened more once the congressional baseball shooting happened. Usually once the seal is broken more and more of these occur. Whether it is mass shootings, school shootings or now CEO shootings. Once someone does it, others with similar experiences or feelings usually follow suit.

Yep. The common thread is that people believe there is a backroom ruling class pulling strings. This guy was in it no matter who you ask.

Exactly. Didn’t deserve to die but I don’t really feel bad he was murdered, either.

Why do they always try to put a political slant on it? I’ve seen just as many people on either side of political spectrum calling this guy a hero or at least joking about it.

Go look at the bullet casings.

Were you not alive during Reagan?

I mean, I was very young and only know it from reading about it, but it was in my lifetime. Barely.

Thats simply due to the large percentage of stupid people who inhabit this country. If this were truly do to moral reasons, they would advocate killing every elected official we have.

You used to not be so obtuse. There’s nuance to this and you’re out of touch if you can’t see it, even if you don’t necessarily agree with it.
