What incentive does he have to change though? The media isn't going to call him out on a mandate that no one follows and the data proves isn't useful. So why would he remove them? He gets praise for his virtue signaling not questions. It's a "rebellion" to ignore him but he's going to ignore the rebellion, too. He's happy chastising everyone as if they're the problem and getting a pat on the back for it while more and more people start doing what they want. All that's left really are the capacities and large crowd events.

The media did what they did more for ratings than politics. Covid was a hot topic before it was even here. Think of how many covid threads there have been on TV. Everyone was affected by it and everyone had interest in it. The tickers and daily counts and constant coverage wasn't because of how big an issue it was or is but how much it moves the needle. So the media does what it always does: BREAKING NEWS! HYPERBOLE! 3 MILLION DEATHS!!!1! Because the more people believed it was the worst thing even, the more likely they were to tune in to find out the next big story on it. Yes, politicians and others took advantage of that wave of fear. But ultimately, it was because of ratings from the MSM perspective. Same with Trump. They can't stop talking about him.

I won't be getting it. I don't get flu shots either. My son already had covid and we took care of him (mild flu symptoms) and never got it. I'm 50 and had the flu once in my life. I'll just take my chances. I'd rather screw with what I consider to be a great immune system.

I say take it if you want but thats your own choice. If you take it why worry if someone else takes it. If it works then you have nothing to worry about. I haven't wore a mask once and never been sick, I know people who never take there's off and stay sick. Its all a big lie, they cooked the books to get people scared an fearful. It worked like everything else they do. There are too many people in this world who trust someone else to tell them what to do. Alot of sheep who fall in line just because everybody else is doing stuff. Sorry but I don't trust all the talking heads who lie about everything else. Hell the guy who invented the pcr test said before he died that it doesn't tell you that you have a disease. And that people could use it to fool people into thinking they had something they didn't. By the way he died unexpectedly about two months before pandemic hit.
