Since the beginning of the covid situation, I made an effort to avoid all media as it is an arms race of sorts.
Today I hit cnn out of curiosity.......good fricking Lord. Everyone is now dying at an accelerated rate beyond all hopes and the economy is sure to be far worse than the Great Depression. And, of course, Trump is 100% evil, stupid, etc. I’m no fan of DT, but
It truly is ridiculous and damaging to a fragile psych of our country.
End of rant

I watched the nightly news last night for the first time in awhile. It was 95% fear stories about Covid, 4% fear story about a potential tropical threat, and 1% feel good story thrown in at the end.

made a bet with my wife last year that if at any time during the week, we turned on CNN and "Breaking News - Trump _______" wasn't on the bottom of the screen, Id do housework and wouldn't ask for sex during for a month straight.

The day I saw CNNs Death Ticker, I pushed the off button.
I did go take a gander at Fox and it’s just too much DT arse-kissing. I appreciate the toned down fear agenda, but they tilt their own way as well. CSNBC was pretty awful as well. Hell, as I said, they all are.
